Conceptual Illustration Project for the George Mason Real Show Competition

The gig poster offers an opportunity to create truly unique work that combines illustration with type and conceptual themes to create art. I was tasked to create three posters a t-shirt graphic for Joan Jett's Triple Moon Tour. A conflict I faced with this project is the limit to four colors (4 layers of ink plus
paper color). I found a way to halftone each image treatment so that each poster only consists of four colors.
